Atlanta Braves Fans on the Verge of an All-Star Blunder

Atlanta Braves fans, I implore you, don’t go there.  Don’t be those fans. Don’t be the 2008 Boston Red Sox fans who stuffed the MLB All-Star Game ballot box for an undeserving Jason Varitek.  And more importantly, don’t be the 2001 Baltimore Orioles fans who made sure that Cal Ripken, Jr. was voted in just for his last All-Star hurrah. (For the record, Ripken was hitting just .240 with 4 HR and an OPS+ of 56 at the time of the All-Star Game).
